Want Nepenthes pollen

In several weeks I will have a very lonely N. ventricosa. It is a first time
flower so I don't know if it is male or female. Does anyone know if the
differences can be distinguished before it flowers? - or, do I have to wait?
And in preparation, since I feel that there are already many
N. ventricosas, will anyone have any interesting male Nepenthes in bloom in
the next few weeks or now? I would like to make an interesting hybrid.
