Thanks Jan. I also sent a note to Rick which got through and my mail is
now ok? However I received a whole string of messages from the mail
server saying it was trying to get the message through to you for 3, 6,
9, etc. hours and couldn't deliver it so there seems to have been some
problem in the system between you and I. I missed all of yesterdays mail so I
will have to get the monthly archive later and catch up. Pat.
I tried to send you this today and it would not go through either but bounced
back to me after some hours of trying. There is some problem in mail routing
between my server and yours. Yes I got the monograph outline/details.
