Hi everyone,
I have a little problem. Actually, it may be a big one and I just
don't know it yet. Anyway, I have a terrarium as many of you may or may
not know, and last night I found something REALLY disgusting in there.
Next to my Cephalotus, tucked into the sphagnum, I caught a
glimpse of something slimey. It was worm-like; I could only see a small
part of it, but it looked to be bi-colored, black and yellow. The
coloring wasn't sharp because the thing was almost transparent. Obviously
I figured it isn't supposed to be there, so I attempted the repulsive: to
remove it. When I used the scissors to try and lift it out, I somehow
lost it - it moved! I dug around in the medium for a while hoping (and
not hoping) to uncover it. Well, I didn't. Could this be the fungus gnat
larvae that was spoken of yesterday? Please help me save my plants ...
