On the subject of Sarracenia Nurseries (UK), I know at least two people
who had ordered plants and books but they didn't send them. My first
friend ordered books months or even a year ago but it was only after 3
phone calls, numerous letters and the threat of court action, that they
sent them with the wrong address so in the end it took the prcel two
weeks to arrive by registered mail!!! The second friend after not
receiving his plants phoned them after a period of time they did arrive
but they sent the order twice so he sent one parcel back. For a
commercial nursery what are they playing at!!!!
