Hi Christopher,
This may be a really stupid question, but have you tried going to
an aquarium store to ask about various filters, skilters and power heads
used for salt water aquariums to maintain water clarity? I haven't grown
CPs under water, but I do grow corals and keep exotic fish, etc. ...
Perhaps you should look into these things if you haven't already.
