Remember that Pinguicula vulgaris is a hardy plant. You say that the 
seed has already been stratified (subjected to Winter cold  - *after* 
sowing - it's no use doing it with them still in the packet). All 
this heat and light sounds like it might be a bit much for them. I 
just sow this type of plant outside (but undercover) here in the UK 
and just leave them. I've had some Pings wait until after a second 
Winter. I don't know for sure that high temperatures are harmful - 
maybe others know?
