Genlisea - self pollinating?

I guess the subject says it all - I've got this Genlisea hispidula
and it's just about to flower ( probably while I'm away for Easter :(
but I don't know if it's self-pollinating or even if it's self-fertile.
Does anyone know if I should retire discreetly and let it get on with it
or give it a helping hand ( with a toothpick? ) or accept that this is
not to be?
