Does anyone know the size of either the mitochondrial or chloroplast
DNA of Dionaea muscipula or Nepenthes ssp.? I ask because next semester
we'll be determining the RFLP's of our own mitochondrial DNA as part of a
molecular biology research techniques lab, and I thought that if I have
enough time I'd attempt to do the same (or do chloroplast DNA) for some
carnivorous plant while I was at it for the heck of it.
