ID this bug on my Nepenthes?

I have very small bugs on my Nepenthes leaves.
They are VERY SMALL, black, worms/larvae, about
1-3 mm long. At first glance they just look like
a speck of dirt. Actually they may have legs rather
than being larvae, since when I start squishing one
his buddies will start running away. They seem
to bore into the underside of the leaf, head first,
and suck out the fluids, leaving little dead speckles
on the leaves. Although they are easily killed
by squshing, they are almost as quick to reproduce
as aphids, and I've had a hard time with them. I've
sprayed with Malthion once or twice but they come
back. If I can find some Orthene I'll use that,
but I'd like to know what these bugs are. They only
seem to infect Nepenthes so far.

Thanks,

Robert
