Does anyone out there know of a place (preferably here in the US)
where one can find Roger Shivas' book "Pitcher Plants of Peninsular
Malaysia and Singapore", or the book "Nepenthes of Mount Kinabalu"?
I haven't had much luck trying to find either of these on my own.
Any info at all would be much appreciated. Thanks.
