I was in the bookstore browsing and came across 'Carnivorous Plants of the
World' bu the owners of PP Nursery(can't remember their names). It had few
pictures, though lots of cultivation and hybrid info. in the text. Is this
a recommended book? I am a beginner and have Adrian Slack's book (bought
about 10 years ago when I was a student in England), and wondered if this
might suffice.

In the first book, the authors mention that they grew Nepenthes annmanesis
(pls. excuse any mispellings) in the bedroom with low humidity rather
successfully. Has anyone else found this to be the case? They also mention
some smaller compact species to grow. Could anyone recommend some smaller
and colourful species/hybrids for the indoor grower? N. gracilis comes to
mind..

Many thanks
