We're in danger of getting a little off topic! It's funny but the
CACTI_ETC list descended into a beer discussion a week or two ago,
but they were more concerned with drinking it at the forthcoming
convention in Tucson! I brew beer too - the amount of gas produced
during fermentation is far more than you want in the beer - it would
explode if sealed. My CPs aren't in any sort of enclosure, but maybe
I'll try to think of some way of exposing one or two to the CO2 the
next time I brew.
