I live about 150-200 miles inland from the North Carolina coast
and have seen plenty of winter days here where the temparature
didn't go above freezing. The coast (good Sarr. habitat) is
generally milder but I would expect it sees similar temps. I
don't know what Sarr.'s range is so I can't speak for other
locations.
