Superthrive is not a fertilizer, but a somewhat foul smelling blend of
vitamins and hormones, B1 in particular. It has been shown to stimulate
plant growth and used in slightly more concentrated form, assists
transplanted plants in recovery. For regular use, one drop per gallon of
water is probably enough. Overuse of superthrive is supposed to be damaging
to plants, so I would advise against mixing up your own batch. If you have
difficulty locating it, try an orchid grower; it has a large following among
them.
