Mail order seeds and plants

Regarding mail order seeds and plants, I made two orders to Peter Paul's
Nursery in the last five years, both times I recieved fairly healthy, though
horribly mislabeled plants. I received a D. petiolaris labled as D.
rotundifolia, and I paid $27 for a N. gracilis that was supposed to be N.
khasiana! And it does take about a month for your order to arrive, longer if
you're waiting for out of stock items. I did however just recieve an order
from Doug & Vivi Rowland about three and a half weeks ago. They offer a
fairly large selection and give you the choice of large or small seed
packets. All the packets I ordered were small ones (And how! They're not
kidding when they say "quantities may vary"), but I must say I'm inpressed,
the order arrived in less than two weeks from when I sent out the order form
from NJ, and although there were usually ~20 seeds per pack I've already
gotten about 1/4 of the seeds to germinate in about 25 days! Incidentally,
sorry about the mistake, but I accidentally deleted the screen name I
originally subscribed on: avielkin@aol.com
