Thanks for your comments. I agree that more info about nurseries is
good vs. excluding them. However, in order to make a strong enough
statement (e.g. "Nurseries with 100% propagation letters on file" vs.
**BLACKLIST**), someone would run the risk of legal trouble. However, I
suppose that it wouldn't be too bad to classify them as "100% propogation
letters on file," "no letter on file (2 categories: never solicited &
didn't reply to solicitation)", and "letter on file but does some/all
field collecting (w/ details, perhaps transcript of letter on server)."
