Ah! Last week I picked up the book to accompany this series. In it was
a slip of paper saying that the series would be on TBS the week of
October 9th. Then when I got home, I found that I had saved some
information that came over the net from South(?) Carolina, saying that
it would be shown, one episode per night that week, with a complete
reshowing on Saturday, October 21st, in the afternoon.

As regards the book, there has been some discussion on the net about the
programs using only the popular names of plants, and not identifying them
more closely. This is done in the book also (with an explanation from D.A.),
but then the index contains the scientific names of most, but not all, of the
plants mentioned in the book. Lots of good pictures in the book, but the text
makes one want to see the series, with its time-lapse photography.
