This seems to depend on the clone or form, the 'normal' wide leaved
type produces alot of seed while the 'alba' and thin leaf plants
haven't.

Seeds (for most plants) are best kept dry and in the fridge. D.
capensis, I believe, doesn't need stratification.

Yes. A good number plants need light to germinate and from what I've
seen Sarracenia, Drosera, Heliamphora and Nepenthes(?) all need light.
