It's in the mail

Silverhill Seeds in the Republic of South Africa requests that
customers send cash for small amounts of seeds, as the overhead in
processing cheques is high. Don't do it! Your cash has a high
probability of disappearing in the mail, as I found out. Siilverhill
Seeds now tells me that their mail service has deteriorated of late.
Much better to use less liquid methods of payment.
