Someone posted this message in bionet.plants; I thought one of us might be
able to help Dave (if he isn't already a member of the CP list :-) :

Does anyone help me find out if any of the proteinaceous enzymes which
enable the insectivorous process in Pitcher Plants have been subjected
to current and complete methods of chemical analysis and where I might
obtain the results?

If so, have any of these enzymes been synthesized in the lab? If so,
where, when and by whom? Or, where can I find out about any progress of,
or the otcome of any attempt to do so?

Any piece of information would be very much appreciated.

Thanks
