Finally back--and a question.

I've been off the list for several months due to work and mail-server
problems, but I'm glad to finally be back and seeing that the list is
still as interesting as ever.

I do have a question about U. calycifida. I've tried growing five
different plants of this species, and each one has died within a very
short time. The first time I believe I did it in by almost completely
submerging it (except for the upper parts of the leaves). The next
times, I planted it in long fiber and some live sphagnum moss, and
set the pots in a tray of water. I then placed it in a warm, shaded
spot. The plants looked great when I got them, and died shortly after
being potted.

My problem could possibly have been humidity, but even the one plant
I moved to an enclosed terrarium seemed to linger before its demise.
Any thoughts?
