Of those 12 stratified seeds, five have come up. Out of those
five, three have grown their first true leaves. And what red,
red,red leaves they are! It's strange because the cotyledon
are green and these tiny red leaves are poking out from between
them. Why are the cot's not red? Could it be that they are but
since they expanded with germination the red became too diffused
to see through the green?
