This is a very true thing. In Canada, aside from the above,the Narcs
(Mounties, if they are feds) also do infra-red fly-by scans that have been
supposedly able to detect an amateur sinningia hobbiest's mylar lined 4 x 3
x 7 grow-room through 15' of hillside and concrete. Especially in winter.
The dreaded Marijuana Narcotic Drug Lords of the Closet Lamp Growers Ass'n
will surely be kept in check by this application of money, technology and
manpower.
