I hope everyone had wonderful holidays. I received a book for Christmas that
might interest anyone who has an interested in the flora of the Tepui
mountains in Venezuela. It is called _Flora of the Venezuelan Guyana_ and so
far there are only two Volumes. Vol. 1 is a general introduction and Vol. 2
is the start of an extensive key to the flora of the region. As far as I
know more volumes are in print but don't know when they will be available.
Oh by the way the editor of the work is J.A. Steyermark and is put out by
the Missouri Botanical Garden. The Publisher is Timber Press and
unfortunately I don't remember the the 800 number. From what I have seen
this is a must for *anyone* interested in that part of the world.
