Dear Paul,

Your little story did nearly let me drop dead from my chair.
*DO NOT EVEN DARE TO THINK ABOUT KILLING THIS PLANT!!!*

>(One question - no doubt Jan is able to answer, or maybe someone else can.

Well, how could I resist to try?

Only in those cases where the respective people's names are ending with a
"y", e.g. a plant named after "Jacky" would get the epithet jackyi. In our
_Pinguicula_, the plant was named after "Jack" (AFAIK), so _P.jackii_ is
correct.

Kind regards
Jan
