subject heading confusion

Dear all
i read with annoyance the contents of CP digest 610.
in the subject listings there were no fewer than 5 with the subject
of 'overwintering cps in the UK', so with excitement i scrolled down
to them. imagine my horror when they were related to canada.

I would therefore like to add to Juerg's suggestion. NOT only should
contributors put an appropriate subject heading, but also make it
accurate!
