All you have to do is gently remove the leaves at the base and place them
in a tray of live sphagnum, under fluorescent lights. Another easy thing
would be to remove a few roots and cut them in little pieces which will
also generate new plants. New plants frequently spring up around the base
of the mother plant as well!
