have the same problem. The carcasses (!) do look very much like
dandruff. At first I didn't see any live beasties, but now that the
plants have joined me (they were in my parent's care since just after
sowing), I can see quite a few of the little beasties!
I have tried the submersion yet. Whilst I think about it, I'll fill a
bucket of water for submersion tomorrow... (letting the tapwater stand
a few hours, allows most of the chlorine to evaporate off - I just don't
have enough rain/snow water!!)
