hello again folks,
Can you kill a virus contained in tobacco by boiling the tobacco?
Any ideas as to what would happen if antibiotics were sprayed on
the leaves of an infected plant?
How does one tell what kind of virus one has in the Nepenthes
infected.
thanks for any answers and don't worry, I will NOT be
distributing ANY material from the one that is probably got a virus.Nor
will I use any of my tools on it. I haven't since i found out a few
years back how viruses were transmitted. It has its own knife. I do my
best to keep my collection away from it and virus free. In fact I am
thinking of "experimenting" on it if anyone will suggest a course to take
besides seeing how long it would survive if subjected to A; severe
freezing, B; engulfing flames of lengthy duration, or C; gasoline on the
roots or similar herbicidal poison.
Good Growing
Andrew
