My OPINIONS (as in StandardDisclaimer.h):

You can not inactivate TMV by boiling. You will probably need temperatures
of 150 C for 15 to 20 minutes, less for higher, but I'm not sure. Flame
cutting edges with a propane torch until they glow dull red. Use
single-edged razor blades (unless you have a different idea of pleasure,
then you can use double-edged) and dispose after one use. In bulk, they
cost about 7 cents (US) each.

Spraying antibiotic on an infected plant's leaf will probably kill some of
the bacteria on the leaf. Virus is not affected by antibiotic, popular
opinion not withstanding.

To tell what kind of virus is in an infected Nepenthes, you will either
need an examination by SEM, or antisera testing for *KNOWN* virus. For the
average grower, it isn't practical.
