I'm really sorry to bother you all about this, but I'm going insane. I
need to get off this list because it's cluttering my mailbox at work and
I'm just too busy to participate any longer. I know how to signoff from
groups, but I cannot seem to shake this one. I've tried everything with
the usual commands: UNSUBSCRIBE or SIGNOFF and still my mailbox fills
with messages. Please help. I need to speak with a human; I've already
done the "Help" command to the listproc address and did what it said as
