I think one should be very cautious with posting such announcements
of 'plant smuggling' on the net. First of all, it is a one-sided
(biased) publication by the Cites-'Authorities'. Secondly, anyone is
innocent until proven guilty. So I think it is at least problematic
to publish the chaps name until ....
Now to the supposed facts. Can anyone state whether these 9000
seedlings were wild collected (somehow, I do not see the point for
any commercial grower who wants to 'cheat' to go and collect only
seedlings).
Or were the seedlings nursery grown? In that case they are exempt of
Cites and the only crime the man committed is that he did not abide
to the 'paperwork laws.'
