I've given this subject some thought and believe that overall, I
think it would be a useful thing to have. However I cannot imagine a
realistic method of separating genuine CP'ers who only want to see
the plants, from the vandals who want to remove them. What would
constitute 'proof' of honorable intent? Who would arbitrate?
Consequently, why bother with two different maps?
