Putting aside the picture of po' southern boys going out diggin' up plants by
moonlight :) - What is the current law in North Carolina regarding VFTs? Does
it involve removal from public/state property? Does it include the removal of
seeds, etc?

Just curious- not intended as an opening gambit for debate :).
