I recommend this book for anyone who grows CP in a temperate or colder
climate and who has been thinking about building their first or second
greenhouse, or renovating their current one. There is a lot of food for
thought in this large 260 page paperback.

"Winter Greens: solar greenhouses for cold climates" by Mark Craft, ISBN
# 0-920456-40-5. It was published in Canada in 1983 by "Renewable
Energy in Canada".

This book has lots of information on things like the best greenhouse-window
angles for specific latitudes, specific research greenhouse-design pro's and
con's, case examples, light transmission and insulation ratings of cover
materials, tables of monthly bright sunshine hours for most major US and
Canadian cities, etc.
