I am sure people know about this, but what the heck, I'll repeat it.
The reason Benlate is more difficult to find in the US now is because of
problems here in Florida. The application of Benlate was linked to the
destruction of thousands of acres of bedding and food crops. In
addition, a large number of claims for illnesses were filed against the
manufacturer by farm workers, sprayers etc. The exact problem (as far
as I know) was never determined, altho some claimed the Benlate was
contaminated with a weed killer. Anyhow, the problem was bad enough
that some farmers claimed that their land was permanently unusable for
planting crops; every subsequent crop was stunted and subject to wilt.

So ya'll be careful out there.
