Now that is what I call detailed information, and all those
who will go back to the original posting will note the distinct
diffrences to this posting. Whereas the original posting spoke about
9000 seedlings, the issue seems now is about ADULT, WILD COLLECTED
plants
Now it may clearly be stated that the chap who collected these plants
is a fool and definately broke the law. And I am quite sure that the
pertinent US court will 'nail' him accordingly.
I feel however, that this also shows the danger of 'preliminary
postings' without full details. Especially in sensitive cases like
CITES, don't post any 'hear say'.
