Neph. and Leaf Conservation

Hi guys, I wish some of you could help me. As I told you about a
week ago, I have, nowadays, 2 nephentes. The problem is that I've been
having some problems with one of them (the other one is perfect). About 2
months, appeared some brown spots on its leaves and the traps aren't
growing, I mean, the leaves just have immature traps on it. What's going on?
Is it fungus?
Other question: What's the best way to keep leaves for a long time
out of the plant? Is it drying them? How can I do it?
