Could I suggest a more rapid and humane method of dispatching the rats
before you place them in the pitchers. if you want to repeat the
experiment. While I realize that nature is not always pretty to watch, and
undoubtedly your rats would otherwise have ended up as herp chow, I do have
problems with humans being the direct cause of unnecessary suffering.
