Established in 1995 their news letter is printed on 1/2 page format using
a photo copier. The front and back covers are color copies. The first 3
issues are written exclusively in Japanese. JCPS has announced that issue
No. 4 will be written in English. They are currently reporting circulation
to 200 members in Japan.
