Aberrant Nepenthes

I have a Rafflesiana whose leaves are undulating and crinkling.
Likewise, the pitchers are also distorted. The distortion occurs on
the pitcher as well as the peristome. Would like to know if anybody who
have such features or occurance on their nepenthes. Or what could be
the cause of this aberration?. Regards, Joseph.
