I ordered it a few weeks ago and it does take a while. It seems from talking
to the manager there that the local Bank there takes a very long time to
approve the VISA/MASTERCARD number.
Also, I received an order form from the publisher. I will make that

file and fax it to them. You really should not have the problem. Also, I
have been moitoring the currency vs. US and it seems the $ is loosing value
ever so slowly, so it is getting more expensive to order.
