Hi Ch'ien,

It isn't a crab spider, I've seen them with their outstretched legs
waiting motionless on a flower until something comes close enough for
them to grab, the pure white ones you find on Daisies are my personal
favorite, their camouflage is amazing. The species I'm talking about
has a body and limbs (as well as size) very similar to the wolf spider.
It hunts by running at its prey while lying in ambush. Their coloring
is quite nice, and well suited to their hunting grounds. My guess is
it's a kind of grass spider. I actually don't mind their presence, you
can tell I've never had a problem with arachnophobia.
