Drosera rotundifolia question

I have several D. rotundifolia that in the last month have come out of winter
hibernacula and put on a good growth spurt, lots of new leaves, etc. However,
now they seem to have greatly slowed down their growth. Is this what they do
prior to flowering, or should I be worried? They're growing in pots in a
terrarium under four 4-ft. Gro-Lux tubes and two normal fluorescent tubes.
