US CP stamp suggestions.

Seeing the Malaysian Nepenthes Stamps makes me wonder if American CP
enthusiasts could motivate the postal service to produce a commemorative
stamp series of US carnivorous plants. After all, we have stamps
commemorating everything from Merry-go-rounds to the Chinese Year of the Rat
and the US is home to some unique and interesting carnivores. I am always
amazed at how many people are shocked to discover that VFTs are native to
North Carolina and not from some distant African or South American
jungle....but that's another issue.
Does anyone out there have any idea how the postal service decides what
stamps to make or who to write to or contact to make such a suggestion? I
would love to see a block of four stamps and think that Dionea, Darlingtonia
and Sarracenia would make excellent candidates for three of the four since
they are unique to North America .I'm not sure which Sarracenia and am
undecided what should be on the fourth. Any nominations for a particular
species of Drosera, Pinguicula or Utricularia perhaps?
