What, has bathtub gin gone out of fashion up there as well? Sorry, couldn't
resist...

Charles, if you need a lot of pure water, more than would be practical to buy
by the bottle, you might want to look into reverse osmosis units. The prices
vary depending on how many gallons you want to produce each day and how pure
you want the water to be. Since I live in a place where it doesn't rain for
most of the year I found one to be the perfect solution.
