VFT's are candidates for vegetative apopomixis (I'm sure I've spelt that
wrong!) which means that they can, given the right conditions produce
plantlets from either leaves or flowers. I have had the odd VFTs which have
done either of these things (I have never had a plant do both) on once-off
occasions. The plantlets so produced grew into normal VFTs when potted up.

How to stimulate this? I have no idea.
