Sarracenia Mosquitoes

I have a bit of a poser for anyone in the know out there! I just
watched a PBS video ("NATURE: Death Trap") all about CPs.

Near the end of the film, they mentioned a species of mosquito, "Wyomia
Smitheai," that has a symbiosis with Sarracenias. The larvae live within
the traps' liquids, eating the husks of insects the pitcher cannot digest.
This serves two purposes: clears room out for more Sarracenia victims and
gives the Sarracenia easily digested droppings from the larvae. The adult
mosquitos are completely immune to all the Sarracenia's devices, needless to
say.

I don't know if I've got the spelling of this Mosquito species right,
but it's pronounced "Why-oh-my-ah Smith-ee-i."

It was also mentioned that some other kinds of insect species have
similar relationships with Sarracenias.

My question (after all that) is does anyone know if any CP dealer sells
eggs and/or larvae for this Wyomia Smitheai mosquito. I shan't hold my
breath, as I'm sure that mosquito eggs are NOT big sellers! Or, failing
that, does anyone else know if eggs or larvae might be sold for other
insects that live in and benefit Sarricenia in some manner?
