Well without seeing it (that wouldn't help as I don't know much about aquatic
Utrics),
I would guess it was U. vulgaris. How thick are (or were when you got it) the
stems?
Also, how big were the traps? And also, does it grow a stem or is/was it just a
mass of green shoots? If you could provide us with that info it would narrow it
down a bit.
