Greetings-This is my first posting to the CP group, although I have been
receiving in posting for about a week now -- and no doubt, have grown
increasingly interested. Awhile back, I purchased the following seeds
from Silverhill Seeds in South Africa and just never got around to doing
anything with them. This past weekend I ordered 180 small,
compartmentalized, plastic molds with a performation on the bottom of
each. These molds fit nicely into a flat and the entire set up is
covered with a platic (semi-rigid) dome. I filled each molded area (5
cm x 5 cm across, 7 cm deep) with sterilized (semi-?) peat moss and
deionized water. The peat moss, after 24 hours, has become thoroughly
wet.

Now, this is where I admit I know little to nothing about germinating
these seeds: how many do I put together into each of the molded
sections; any recommendations as to how to hangle a seed(s) much smaller
than the head of a pin; do I cover the seed(s) up with more peat moss
after placing it into the peat moss, if so, what do I use; how deep into
the peat moss should I place the seed(s)? I assume the dome will keep
the peat moss moist, but do I need to mist them daily with additional
deionized water? Any recommendations about growth hormones / fungicides
at this stage? And finally, as if I haven't asked enough already, about
how long until I see any results, i.e., small green sprouts, assuming
nothing goes wrong?

I appreciate anyone help, commnets, constructful criticism, etc.
